Participating Pension Funds

The FPIF will be offering its second Article 4 Trustee Training session at 10:00 am on November 10, 2020.  The 2-hour training will cover an update on FPIF operations and the statutory transition process. The training counts towards the 4-hour training requirement prescribed by Section 1-109.3 (a-5) of the Illinois Pension Code. FPIF will be making a recording of the training available to trustees who are unable to attend. Trustees can register for the training at the link below:

The first Article 4 Trustee Training session conducted on June 24th was recorded and is available for trustees who were unable to attend. The 2-hour training covers the background of the FPIF, Public Act 101-610, Ethics and Fiduciary Responsibilities and the upcoming FPIF 2020 Trustee Election. The training counts towards the 4-hour training requirement prescribed by Section 1-109.3 (a-5) of the Illinois Pension Code.
