The FPIF Board of Trustees will be considering rules to govern the asset transition process and other responsibilities of the FPIF throughout this year. The FPIF encourages public comment on draft rules.
Draft rules will be posted on our website on the Pending Rules page. A 1st Public Notice of draft rules will be posted on the website at least two weeks in advance of the committee meeting at which the rules will be considered. Members of the public are encouraged to submit public comments on draft rules.
Draft rules recommended for approval by a committee will be posted for a 2nd Public Notice on the website at least two weeks in advance of the board meeting at which the rules will be considered. Members of the public are encouraged to submit public comments on the recommended draft rules.
