Trustee Tom Dailly
The FPIF Board of Trustees and its staff welcomes Mayor Tom Dailly (Village President, Village of Schaumburg) to the FPIF Board of Trustees. The FPIF Election Panel deemed Mayor Dailly elected to the Executive Trustee Position (January 2, 2025 Term End) at its meeting on August 12, 2021. Trustee Dailly qualified for the ballot without opposition.
Tom Dailly was sworn in as Schaumburg’s sixth Village President in May 2019, after serving as Village Trustee from 1988-2009 and again from 2014-2019. He is a member of the Northwest Municipal Conference (NWMC) Executive Board, Legislative Committee and Transportation Committee. He represents the village with the DuPage Mayors and Managers Conference (DMMC), Joint Action Water Agency (JAWA) and Illinois Municipal League (IML). Mayor Dailly also sits on the Meet Chicago Northwest Board and serves as the village’s Liquor Commissioner.
As a 37-year resident of Schaumburg, Dailly’s goal has remained focused on helping the Schaumburg community become the best place to live, work, play and raise a family. As a longtime Village Trustee and someone who has served on multiple village committees and commissions, Dailly saw firsthand many of the new developments that have shaped Schaumburg’s progress over the past several decades, including the acquisition of the Schaumburg Regional Airport, the construction of Wintrust Field, the opening of the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel and Convention Center and the ongoing redevelopment of the former Motorola Solutions campus in the 90 North District.
Dailly’s continued love for Schaumburg fuels his passion to maintain the high quality of life that Schaumburg residents have come to enjoy.
